Application to DC office is general rule
In the application form (a) Candidate’s full name in letters (b) Name of father/husband (c) Name of mother (d) Permanent address (e) Present address (f) Date of birth (g) Age (h) Nationality (j) Religion (j) Experience (if any) (k) Quota Name (if any) (l) Details of Educational Qualification to be mentioned as per the table below. Name of Examination, Name of Educational Institution/Board/Name of University Obtained Department/Class/Year of Passing with GPA/CGPA.
The following documents should be attached with the application form:
Citizenship certificate issued by concerned Municipal Mayor/Chairman of Union Parishad. Copy of original/temporary certificate of educational qualification and experience attested by gazetted officer (not below 9th grade), 03 (three) copies of recent passport size color photograph attested by gazetted officer (not below 9th grade).
The candidate has to submit the original copy of the treasury challan of Tk 100/- (one hundred) from any branch of Sonali Bank (said bank) in code number 1-0742-0000-2681 in favor of the District Commissioner, respective district towards the examination fee (non-refundable) along with the application.
Photocopy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer (not below 9th grade). Character certificate issued by gazetted officer not below 9th grade).
A return envelope of size 10*5 and 8*5 (with unused postage stamp of Rs. 10/- (Ten)) containing your name and address should be enclosed with the application form for the purpose of issue of admit card to the correct address.
As the son/daughter or son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, the candidate should attach the freedom fighter certificate (signed and countersigned copy respectively by the competent authority) of the father/mother/grandfather/grandfather/maternal mother of the brave freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter with the application form. .
Copy of Enrollment Certificate from Deputy Director, District Social Services Directorate in case of Disability, Copy of Certificate from Orphanage Child Caretaker in case of Residents of Orphanage, Attested copy of Basic Training Certificate obtained from appropriate authority in case of Ansar and VDP and Certificate from above authority in case of candidates belonging to tribal community. Attested copy must be submitted (not below 9th grade).
Incomplete and late applications will be treated as outright rejection. Attestation shall bear the clear name, designation, and seal of the attesting officer.
Employed candidates must reach the application form by post within the prescribed time through the appropriate authority. Latest prevailing government policy regarding quota will be followed. Applicant’s name, address, post name and quota name should be written on the envelope in clear letters.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in written and oral examinations. The decision of the authority in the matter of appointment shall be final. No objection will be accepted in this case.
Even if the applicant is appointed to the job by concealing any information or providing wrong information, the appointment order of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken. The Authority reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any of the terms and conditions of employment.
