Only candidates from those organizations whose proposals will be considered for shortlisting will be called for interview. Date and time of interview will be informed later. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Work order will be issued to the finally selected organization and the selected organization will have to complete the manpower supply contract with non-judicial stamp of Rs.300/- (three hundred) collected on its own initiative. Appointment letter will not be issued in the name of any individual.
Any party can cancel the contract with the manpower supply organization with 01 (one) month notice. According to office requirements, the concerned manpower has to perform additional duties during daily office hours. If necessary, duties must also be performed on public holidays.
Organizations which cannot employ manpower beyond daily office hours or on public holidays need not submit their proposed tenders, failure to do so will result in termination of the manpower supply contract.
Employed employees shall carry the identity card issued by the manpower supplying organization during the performance of duty. The salary of the engaged employee shall not be less than the prescribed basic salary, but shall mention the supplier’s commission, VAT, tax (where applicable).
If the quality of work of any of the provided manpower is not satisfactory, suitable manpower shall be provided in place of the concerned person within 10 (ten) days of intimation.
In case of damage to any valuables or assets of the office due to the inefficiency, negligence of any employee engaged in the outsourcing system, the manpower supplier organization has to bear its responsibility.
Acts, rules and guidelines etc. issued by the government from time to time shall be followed in case of receiving services through outsourcing. 500/- (Five Hundred) (Non-Refundable) Schedule can be purchased from the Commandant’s office till the specified date. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of the mentioned district. A candidate cannot apply more than once. 03 (three) copies of 5*5 cm size recent photograph attested by a gazetted officer of first class.
Candidates have to deposit Rs.100/- (One Hundred) through treasury challan to prescribed number code and submit the original copy of challan along with the application. A 10.5*4.5 size return envelope affixed with a postage stamp of Rs.15/- (fifteen) bearing one’s name and address should be provided along with the application for issue of admit card to the correct address.
In case of candidates of 2nd post, in case of caste-Harijan candidates, the certificate issued by the Mayor/Councillor/Chairman of the Union Parishad concerned. Certificate issued by Competent Authority as per latest policy in case of Ansar and VDP candidates.
Candidates age limit should be between 18-30 years as on scheduled date. However, the age limit of 32 (thirty two) years is relaxable in case of sons/daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. No affidavit is admissible in respect of age.
The application should reach the office of the undersigned by post within the specified time limit. Direct applications are not accepted. Applications containing incomplete and erroneous information and invoices will be considered rejected.
In case of attestation, the attestator must be a gazetted officer of the first class and must have a seal bearing the name and designation of the officer. Employed candidates must reach the application form through the appropriate authority within the stipulated time. Advance copies of application forms will not be considered acceptable. Prevailing government policy regarding quota will be followed.
The decision of the authority in accepting and rejecting the application will be final without assigning any reason. The envelope should mention in bold type, the name of the post, special quota (if any) and full name and address of the applicant on the left side.
Candidates will not be paid any kind of TA/DA for participating in the selection test. The authority reserves the right to suspend, reschedule and cancel the operation of this recruitment circular without assigning any reason.
The authority will not be responsible if any information is hidden or wrong information is appointed to the job. In this case, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate including cancellation of appointment order.
