- Post Name: Assistant Branch Manager
- Number of posts: 40 people
- Salary: Rs.16,000/- per month during apprenticeship
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduation (Minimum 1st Division/ GPA-4 in SSC & HSC Examinations with minimum 2nd Division/ GPA-2.5 in other examinations).
- Post Name: Supervisor
- Number of posts: 40 people
- Salary: Rs.15,000/- per month during apprenticeship
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduation (Minimum 2nd Division/ GPA-2.5 in other examinations with minimum 2nd Division/ GPA-3.50 in SSC & HSC Examinations).
Other Qualifications: Minimum height 5 feet 4 inches, good handwriting, good health and hardworking for both posts. Candidates should have the mentality to work at field level in remote areas and willingness to follow their respective religious precepts.
Other facilities: Apprenticeship period is at least 6 months to 1 year for posts 1 and 2. At the end of the apprenticeship, provident fund, gratuity and festival bonus will be provided as per the salary structure decided by the organization. At the initial stage, will work as Assistant Branch Manager and later on merit will be promoted as Branch Manager No. 1 and 2.
Age: Maximum 32 years for each post. Exam date, time and place will be informed through mobile phone.
